The mantle is the perfect place in your home to
bring Christmas alive.
 Cover your mantle with a sheet of plywood to
protect it from sap, nails, or staples. Cover the
plywood with a big branches of fresh garland and
nail them directly to the plywood. You can mix in
artificial garland which will add variety in color and
style and will work perfectly on a warm mantle
where your fresh garland will lose needles from the
warmth over time. Add white lights and ribbons to
your arrangements for a soft warm and colorful
glow.
   Above the mantle place a fresh wreath. Lovely!
Mist each day several times with water.
