Shipping and Handling
If the item is in stock and is shipped regular ground shipping it takes approximately 10 - 12 days to recieve your order. If the item is too large to ship via ups or fed ex it must be delivered via common carrier which will take approximately 2 - 3 weeks. Mail orders will take on the average of 2 - 3 weeks for delivery after we receive your order, depending on your location and /or depending if you send us a check or a money order. Checks take 10 days to clear as money orders are processed upon receipt.
Retail Return Policy
Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase and we will issue a refund for purchase price less shipping fee when we recieve the item back. Items must be returned in resellable condition with all materials that were included with the item. Return policy is only on retail sales.
If your purchase is found to be defective or damaged within 5 days of arrival, please email or call us and let us know so we can take care of it.
In case of damaged or shortage any claim for credit or replacement must be made in writing within 5 working days of arrival. NO returned items will be accepted or credited without prior written approval from Christmas Trees Wreaths Decorations. After written approval you will need to ship the item back so we can take the appropriate action agreed on. (Replace or refund less the original shipping fee, plus restocking fee if applicable) Any damages incurred from packages shipped via UPS or any other carrier will be claimed by the receiver. Please allow 30 days for processing. |
